LiveBuddy ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome extension collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use LiveBuddy for OnlyFans creator analytics.

2. Information We Collect

Data Collected Automatically:

• Tip Information: When you're live streaming on OnlyFans, LiveBuddy detects and records tip amounts, usernames of tippers, and tip timestamps from the OnlyFans interface.
• Session Data: Start and end times of your live streaming sessions.
• Performance Metrics: Aggregated statistics about your streaming performance (total tips, session duration, etc.).

Data You Provide:

• Creator Credentials: Your email address or API key used to authenticate with LiveBuddy's analytics dashboard.

What We DON'T Collect:

• We do not collect personally identifiable information about your viewers beyond what is publicly visible in OnlyFans tips
• We do not access your OnlyFans account credentials
• We do not track your browsing activity outside of OnlyFans
• We do not collect financial information or payment details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for:

• Providing real-time tip tracking during your live streams
• Generating analytics and performance insights on your creator dashboard
• Calculating performance rankings and percentile comparisons
• Displaying stream widgets (top tippers, recent tips, etc.)
• Improving and optimizing the LiveBuddy service

4. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: Your API key is stored locally in Chrome's sync storage and never transmitted except to authenticate with our secure API.
• Secure Transmission: All data is transmitted over HTTPS encrypted connections.
• Database Security: Your tip data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with industry-standard encryption.
• Access Controls: Only you can access your analytics data through your authenticated dashboard.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties.

We may share anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., "Average tips across all creators") for research or marketing purposes, but this data cannot be used to identify individual users.

We may disclose your information only if:

• Required by law or legal process
• Necessary to protect our rights or safety
• You explicitly consent to the disclosure

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access Your Data: View all data collected about you through your dashboard
• Delete Your Data: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export Your Data: Download your tip data in CSV format
• Opt-Out: Stop using LiveBuddy at any time by uninstalling the extension

7. Chrome Extension Permissions

LiveBuddy requests the following permissions:

• storage: To save your API key locally for authentication
• tabs: To detect when you're on OnlyFans live streaming pages
• scripting: To observe tip notifications in the OnlyFans interface
• host permissions (onlyfans.com, api.livebuddy.co.uk): To access the OnlyFans page and communicate with our analytics API

8. Cookies and Tracking

LiveBuddy does not use cookies or tracking technologies beyond what is necessary for the core functionality of the extension.

9. Children's Privacy

LiveBuddy is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of LiveBuddy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Data Retention

We retain your tip data and analytics for as long as you maintain an active LiveBuddy account. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

12. International Users

LiveBuddy is operated from the United Kingdom. If you are accessing our service from outside the UK, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the UK.
