You must be at least 18 years old to use LiveBuddy. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Services

LiveBuddy provides analytics and helper features for creators using OnlyFans, including tip tracking, session analytics, and embeddable widgets. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. User Accounts and Authentication

To use certain features you may need to create an account or provide an API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of OnlyFans' terms
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the extension or API

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software provided by LiveBuddy are the property of LiveBuddy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers (OnlyFans, Stripe, Lovense). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice where required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveBuddy disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiveBuddy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
